Sheila, we get this from time to time. If you look on our Marketing page (<a href="http://www.cartridgesforkids.com/marketing.html" rel="nofollow">http://www.cartridgesforkids.com/marketing.html</a>); where the fliers exist for download, you should see a link to print a black and white flier. There is also mention at the bottom of the page to set you printer to print grayscale or black and white when printing the color flier. You should get a better, crisper, result. Hope this helps. If you do have additional questions or concerns please be sure to contact us. Thanks for recycling.

It is too bad that your flier does not lend itself to black and white printing. I can't think of any school that can use color to promote anything.

Thanks for addressing this. We're glad you're taking the time to sort out those cartridges that cannot be recycled. This helps us keep shipping costs down and allows us to pay you, the participant, more. I've forwarded this to one of our support staff and you should hear from them soon. In the meantime the collection lists at www.cartridgesforkids.com provide you with a list of the items we currently accept and how much they are worth to those participating.
Thanks for recycling.

I am the person who receives the cartridges from the schools in Greensville County ,Virginia. I have been told that there are several types of cartridges that you do no accept. I do not want to waist the school's money sending a cartridge you do not accept. Considering I am a volunteer, rather than my having to go through you list of OK cartridges for everyone, can you please send me a list of the the common cartridges you do not accept.
Thank you

That's a tough one. We actually do accept larger amounts of regular phones, typically from businesses. If you only have a small quantity of say, home phones, you might be best to take them to a local recycling center. If you do have a large amount you can email us at support@cartridgesforkids.com.
