We talk about America Recycles Day every year, and every year we’re pleasantly surprised at the amount of feedback we get about events across the nation. This year, let us know how YOU celebrate. Post your comments here or email them to us. Whatever you do, get out there and RECYCLE! Make America Recycles Day one to remember. Make a small change like deciding to recycle electronics at your school or church, or a big one like participating in one of the neighborhood clean-ups.
“America Recycles Day is the only nationally recognized day dedicated to encouraging Americans to recycle and to buy recycled products…On November 15 each year, millions of people become better informed about the importance of daily recycling and buying recycled products. The purpose of America Recycles Day is to continue to promote the social, environmental and economic benefits of recycling and encourage more people to join the movement toward creating a better natural environment.” –www.americarecyclesday.com
This Sunday, let’s make the world a better place. GO TEAM!
